Encore Certified Program

Federal-grade trust marks. Earned. Hash-verifiable. Citable.

The Encore Certified program issues hash-verifiable EFAIRA trust marks to federal contractors who complete the Encore Federal AI Readiness Audit. Sized for proposal volumes, contractor websites, and email signatures.

Independent commercial program. Not a U.S. government certification or endorsement.
The Three Tiers

Three marks. One asymmetry.

The Encore Certified marks signal progressively deeper engagement with the Encore Federal AI Readiness Audit. Each tier represents a different commitment, a different earned outcome, and a different signal to federal evaluators reading a contractor’s technical volume.

EFAIRA Validated

How It Is Earned

Completed an EFAIRA Enterprise tier audit with a green-threshold Readiness Receipt, OR cited an Encore Readiness Receipt in an awarded federal proposal, OR multi-engagement client across multiple Encore platforms.

What It Represents

The deepest tier of Encore Certified recognition. Reserved for contractors who have completed the Enterprise tier of the EFAIRA audit, who have won a federal award where an Encore Readiness Receipt was cited in the technical volume, or who maintain a multi-engagement relationship across the Encore platform family.

Validity

Twenty-four months from receipt issue date. Renewable on re-assessment.

Verification

Every mark is hash-verifiable at a public URL.

Each issued Encore Certified mark carries a unique identifier and a cryptographic hash tied to the underlying engagement record. Federal contracting officers, source-selection evaluators, and federal program managers can verify any mark cited in a technical volume by visiting the public verification path published at encoresvcsllc.com/verify.

The verification page confirms the holder of the mark, the tier, the date of issue, the date of expiration, and whether the mark is currently active. The verification page does not disclose contractor-confidential evidence collected during the engagement.

How To Cite a Mark

Citation language is pre-approved and provided to every certified contractor at the time the mark is issued. The standard citation block reads:

[Contractor Name] is Encore Certified at the [Tier] level under the Encore Federal AI Readiness Audit, Receipt ID [ENC-XXXXXX-XXXX]. Verify at encoresvcsllc.com/verify/[Receipt-ID].

Citation language may be reproduced in federal proposal technical volumes, contractor websites, and public-facing capability briefs. Modification of the language is not permitted.

Embedding the Mark

Drop the mark on your site or in your proposal.

Certified contractors receive a unique HTML embed snippet with their Receipt ID baked in. Paste the snippet into a website, proposal cover page, capability statement, or email signature. The mark links back to the public verification page so any visitor can confirm it is currently active.

<a href="https://encoresvcsllc.com/verify/[Receipt-ID]" target="_blank"> <img src="https://encoresvcsllc.com/badges/[tier]-256.png" alt="Encore Certified [Tier]" /> </a>

Badges are delivered in three sizes (128px, 256px, 512px) and two formats (PNG with transparency, SVG). Light and dark variants are included for use on both light and dark website backgrounds.

Independence Notice

A commercial trust mark, not a government program.

The Encore Certified program is published by Encore Services LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business federal contractor. The marks are not a United States government certification, official endorsement, source-selection determination, or substitute for any federal evaluation process. Encore stands behind the methodology, the issued receipts, and the verification mechanism. Federal customers may consider a cited mark as an independent third-party readiness signal alongside their own evaluation under the source selection criteria of the procurement.
